Since the last three years, he has been in academics where he takes specialized courses of Film and TV. Kashif had been a full-time research scholar before he recently joined Amity University Lucknow as Assistant Professor. With over eight years of industry experience and 10 years in academia, she has been a strong pillar in the Amity School of Fine Arts, where she currently works as Assistant Professor.  She has also been the recipient of many awards on National and State Level from UNICEF, National Service Scheme, Uttar Pradesh, UP Tourism, Family Planning association of India, UP Police Foundation, Delhi Police Foundation and many more in the field of Dance, Arts, Poetry etc.
